Terms and Conditions for the “CSG Gift Card”
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the CSG Gift Card promotion ("Gift Card") offered by Clear Stream Guttering Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or redeeming the Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Gift Card Purchase
1.1 The Gift Card is available for purchase in flat amounts chosen by the purchaser ("Gift Card Amount"). The Gift Card Amount may be applied to any core services offered by Clear Stream Guttering (Gutter Cleaning and Gutter Whitening). This Gift Card does not extend to any repair services, or any other services unrelated to guttering.
1.2 The Gift Card is non-refundable except as specified under these Terms or where required by law.
1.3 There is no limit to the number of Gift Cards a purchaser may buy, but each Gift Card will be valid for a specific period as outlined in Section 3 below.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Gift Card may be redeemed for any services provided by Clear Stream Guttering, subject to availability and the specific terms for each service.
2.2 The Gift Card may not be used for services that are outside the scope of Clear Stream Guttering’s offerings or for any other non-service-related purposes unless expressly agreed by us.
3. Usage
3.1 The Gift Card is valid for services offered by Clear Stream Guttering at the time of redemption and may be applied toward the full cost of services.
3.2 The Gift Card must be redeemed by the recipient within one (1) year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. After this date, the Gift Card will expire and cannot be redeemed.
3.3 Redemption is subject to availability, and services must be booked in advance.
3.4 The Gift Card can only be redeemed once. If the cost of the service exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the difference must be paid by the recipient.
3.5 If the service purchased is unavailable or unsuitable for any reason as determined by Clear Stream Guttering, the Gift Card will be refunded to the original purchaser.
4. Transferability
4.1 The Gift Card is transferable. The purchaser may gift the Gift Card to another individual. However, once redeemed, it cannot be transferred, resold, or refunded.
5. Limited Availability
5.1 This promotion is subject to the availability of services provided by Clear Stream Guttering and may be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
5.2 The Gift Card is valid only for the amount specified at the time of purchase. Any remaining balance after redemption will not be refunded or carried forward.
6. Exclusions
6.1 The Gift Card cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless specifically stated by Clear Stream Guttering.
6.2 The Gift Card is not redeemable for cash or exchangeable for products or services other than those provided by Clear Stream Guttering.
6.3 The Gift Card cannot be used for third-party services or services outside the scope of Clear Stream Guttering’s business.
7. Refunds and Property Ineligibility
7.1 If the Gift Card is purchased for a service that is no longer available, a full refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
7.2 In the event the service cannot be completed due to property ineligibility, safety concerns, or other circumstances deemed unsuitable by Clear Stream Guttering, the Gift Card will be refunded to the original purchaser.
8. Additional Terms
8.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion, including these Terms, at any time, provided such changes comply with applicable New Zealand law.
8.2 All decisions made by us in relation to this promotion, including eligibility, redemption, and refunds, are final.
8.3 To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use or inability to use the Gift Card.
8.4 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.

Terms and Conditions of "Gutter Whitening" Christmas Gift Voucher
Terms and Conditions for the “Gift Gutter Whitening” Voucher
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the Gift Gutter Whitening promotion ("Voucher") offered by Clear Stream Guttering Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or redeeming the Voucher, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Voucher Purchase
1.1 Each Voucher is available at a promotional price of $48, including GST (original value: $120 including GST). The original value of $120 represents the normal cost of the Gutter Whitening service for a residential property with a maximum gutter height of 6 meters.
1.2 A maximum of two (2) Vouchers may be purchased per person.
1.3 The Voucher is non-refundable except in cases of property ineligibility or as required by law.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Voucher is strictly for gifting purposes. It cannot be redeemed by the purchaser or anyone residing in the purchaser's household for their own use or property.
2.2 The Voucher is valid exclusively for residential properties with a maximum gutter line height of 6 meters, and maximum square meterage of 220m2. Properties exceeding this height and/or size are not eligible for redemption.
2.3 The Voucher may not be used for commercial properties, and we reserve the right to verify eligibility prior to redemption.
3. Usage
3.1 The Voucher is valid only for the Gutter Whitening service as described at the time of purchase.
3.2 The Voucher must be redeemed by the recipient by 11:59 pm, December 1, 2025. After this date, the Voucher will expire and cannot be redeemed.
3.3 Redemption is subject to availability. To ensure service availability, the Voucher recipient must book in advance. We recommend booking as early as possible to avoid undue delays.
3.4 If, at our sole discretion, we determine that the service cannot be completed due to property ineligibility (e.g., gutter height exceeding 6 meters) or any other safety or feasibility concerns, we will offer a full refund of the purchase price of $36.00 to the original purchaser.
3.5 This Voucher is non-transferable and can only be redeemed once under New Zealand consumer law, using the unique number provided by us.
4. Transferability
4.1 The Voucher is non-transferable once issued to the recipient and cannot be resold or gifted to another person. Any attempt to do so will render the Voucher void.
4.2 If the recipient is unable to use the Voucher, they may contact us to discuss alternative solutions or a potential refund under the conditions outlined in Clause 7.
5. Limited Availability
5.1 This promotion is limited to a total of 100 Vouchers.
5.2 A maximum of two (2) Vouchers may be purchased per person.
5.3 The promotion will end at 11:59:59 pm, December 24, 2024, or when all 100 Vouchers are sold, whichever occurs first.
5.4 If the promotion ends earlier than expected, we will ensure that customers who have purchased Vouchers are notified promptly.
6. Exclusions
6.1 The Voucher cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
6.2 The Voucher is not redeemable for cash or exchangeable for other products or services.
6.3 Properties with a gutter line height exceeding 6 meters are not eligible for the service.
7. Refunds and Property Ineligibility
7.1 If a Voucher is purchased for a property that exceeds the 6-meter gutter height restriction, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser, provided the name on the credit card matches the purchaser’s name.
7.2 We reserve the right to decline service and issue a refund if we determine, at our sole discretion, that the job is unsafe, unfeasible, or otherwise unsuitable for completion. In such cases, we will provide a clear explanation of why the service cannot be carried out.
8. Modifications and Cancellation of Promotion
8.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice, provided such changes comply with applicable New Zealand law.
8.2 Any changes to these Terms will be communicated clearly to all affected parties, and the revised terms will be posted on our website.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use or inability to use the Voucher, except where the failure to perform the service is due to our negligence or a breach of statutory obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
